Tochka Bank acquired 100% of the startup EcomCom, which owns a service of the same name for managing sales on various marketplaces. A representative of the bank told Vedomosti about this, refusing to name the amount of the transaction. The fact of the transaction was confirmed by the partner of the Kama Flow fund (one of the participants in the transaction) Eduard Adamyan.

The e-commerce startup will enter the Tochka perimeter and become part of the Tochka Marketplaces service for sellers, a bank representative specified.
