Today, Tuesday, the Al-Shorta football team will play its expected confrontation against its Saudi counterpart, Al-Hilal, at nine o’clock in the evening at Prince Faisal bin Fahd Stadium in the capital, Riyadh, for the second round of the elite AFC Champions League tournament. The players will wear the full green uniform, while the goalkeeper will wear the gray color.
The correspondent of the (INA) reported, “Al-Qaythara will enter this match with one point from a draw with Al-Nasr, while Al-Hilal team occupies the top spot in the group with three points from a victory it achieved over Al-Rayyan of Qatar by three goals to one.”
He added, “The Iraqi football representative completed his tactical readiness when coach Ahmed Salah conducted an evening training unit yesterday, Monday, at Prince Faisal Stadium, devoted to consolidating many tactical ideas that mimic the style of Portuguese Al Hilal coach Jorge Jesus, who during the press conference praised the police team as it includes many of the team’s stars.” The National Bank stands alongside Arab and foreign professionals, calling on its players to exercise tactical discipline and respect the competitor.
