Russia and Ukrainian troops have reportedly clashed in the Donbass region of eastern Ukraine.

Locals have accused Russian troops of advancing in Ukraine’s Severodonetsk region and of carrying out a plan to incinerate key areas.

Russia has been fighting hard since mid-April to seize Severodonetsk and its twin cities.

Russia turned its attention to the south and east after abandoning efforts to seize the Ukrainian capital, Kiev.

Luhansk Governor Serhiy Haidai has exposed the plans of Russian troops in the Donbass area. He noted that Russia was implementing a total incineration program in the Donbass region.

He said the plan was to remove the Severodonetsk region from the map of Ukraine. Last week, Ukrainian President Zhelensky accused Russia of carrying out indiscriminate bombings in Donbass.
