Amidst the jubilation, applause and shouts of “Long live Oaxaca! Long live the Guelaguetza!” the first broadcast was made Monday of the Hillin which 15 delegations representing the 16 ethnic groups and the people participated afromexicano of the entity to share with the world the culture, tradition e identity of its people.
