Earlier today, at 11:38 AM, an accident on Avenida El Dorado at the intersection with Avenida Cali City caused congestion on the TransMilenio route. The articulated buses were temporarily diverted to use the mixed-traffic lanes until reaching the El Dorado Portal.

At 10:32 AM, authorities reported debris falling onto the South Highway near Kilometer 75, heading west-east in the Bolivar City district, causing further congestion.

Prior to that, at 9:30 AM, TransMilenio service was restored on Avenida Americas with Avenida Boyacá, west-east, after a previous disruption.

The morning commute was marked by a series of incidents. At 8:37 AM, congestion impacted TransMilenio routes on Avenida Americas with Avenida Boyacá, west-east, due to an accident involving a private car and a motorcyclist. Emergency services were dispatched to the scene.

Traffic congestion was also reported at 8:30 AM on Avenida El Dorado at the intersection with Avenida Ciudad de Cali,west-east,following another accident.

At 7:47 AM, an accident involving a tractor-trailer and a private car on the North Highway at 149th Street, heading south-north, caused significant delays.Traffic officers responded to manage the situation.

Earlier, at 5:43 AM, transportation officials confirmed that Sitp and articulated TransMilenio services were operating normally without disruption. transmilenio began operations around 4:00 AM without any reported issues.
