Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has responded to the controversial backdrop of the BBC documentary criticizing Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the Jammu and Gujarat riots. Rahul’s reply to the journalists’ question was that the truth is bright and it will come out whenever.

“If we read our Vedas, if we read the Bhagavad Gita or the Upanishads, we can observe one thing. The truth will always come out. You can ban, suppress media, control institutions, use CBI, ED etc for this. But the truth is the truth” – Rahul clarified.

The truth is bright and has a tendency to come out. Rahul added that no amount of ban, suppression or fear of people can stop the revelation of the truth. The central government had directed to remove the links of the documentary shared on Twitter and YouTube. The opposition parties are of the position that the documentary will be screened.
