A three-month-old toddler lost consciousness tonight (Tuesday) at his home in Beit Shemesh. His family found him unconscious. Rescuers who were called to the scene provided him with treatment and evacuated him during resuscitation efforts to the hospital.
The rescue team said volunteers were called following a report of an unconscious toddler. Together with MDA medics and paramedics, the drives performed advanced resuscitation operations on the toddler and he was evacuated during the resuscitation operations to Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital in Jerusalem.
Rescue Team volunteer Menachem Edri, who arrived at the scene with an MDA ambulance at his home in a very short time, said: “When I arrived at the house, I found a three-month-old baby with no pulse and breathing. In advanced resuscitation operations, which included massages and resuscitation. “
“He was evacuated by MDA’s Nazareth treatment team while continuing resuscitation efforts at Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital in Jerusalem,” Edri added.
