Chennai-based TVS Motor Company has acquired Swiss electric bicycle maker for Rs 752 crore.
TVS Motor has acquired a 75 per cent stake in Swiss e-mobility Group, while TVS has said it will acquire the remaining 25 per cent within a year. TVS plans to launch four Swiss models, the Cilo, Simpel, Allergo and Zenith, in India by the end of this year.
TVS Motor Company already acquired Swiss electric bicycle company EGO Movement in September last year.
