A total of twelve projects qualify for the Entrepreneurship and Creativity Award in its third editionwhich on this occasion is dedicated to the memory of Jordi Bayer i Trias, founding partner of the Girona Business Guidance Association (aGOe), who died last June.

The projects will be evaluated by the jury, made up of two representatives of aGOe, two members representing the Girona Chamber of Commerce and two representatives of the UdG, and the verdict will be announced during the award ceremony, which will be held at the end of next January.

This year the organization has increased the financial endowment of the award, which will be 2,000 euros for the first prize, and 1,000 euros for the access. The president of aGOe, Joaquim Munné, positively assesses the high participation of this edition, which “far exceeds that of the previous calls”. Munné also highlights the quality of the projects presented, “very consistent, innovative and with a high probability of success”.

Both business ideas and companies or businesses that are already in operation can be submitted to the award. The candidates had to deliver, with their project, a business plan and an explanatory video for the evaluation of the jury. In addition to the financial endowment, the winning project will receive technical support for one year from aGOe. The organization is made up of professionals and former senior managers who voluntarily offer their experience to guide new entrepreneurs and companies.
