## Vienna: ⁢Terror⁤ Plan Averted, Taylor​ Swift ⁤Concerts Cancelled

VIENNA.‍ Two arrests and a potential​ massacre ⁤were narrowly averted ​in Vienna after a sensational terrorist plan targeting the concerts of ‍global superstar⁢ Taylor Swift ‌was foiled ‍by local authorities.

The American singer, currently on tour in ‌Europe, was scheduled to perform at the ⁤ Ernst Happel Stadium in the Austrian capital ‌on August 8,⁤ 9, and 10 as‍ part of her‍ Eras Tour. However, organizers​ proactively cancelled the three concerts as a precautionary⁤ measure following the ​police investigation.

The two suspects ⁤were apprehended by police within hours of each other. The first, a‌ 19-year-old resident of​ Lower Austria, was arrested in a small town an hour’s drive from Vienna. He had allegedly pledged allegiance to the ⁣terrorist ⁤organization ISIS. The second ⁣suspect, whose age was not disclosed, was arrested in⁢ Vienna itself.

“When we received​ confirmation of the ⁣planned terrorist attack at the Ernst Happel Stadium, we had no⁢ choice but to cancel the three scheduled shows for the safety ​of everyone involved,” Barracuda Music wrote on Instagram, which manages Taylor​ Swift’s⁣ concerts. ​The company estimated that approximately 65,000 fans would be‌ affected by the cancellations‌ and promised to ​issue ⁣refunds.
