The East Siberian Transport Prosecutor’s Office said that the voice recorder had already been withdrawn, and the second “black box”, which records the technical parameters of the flight and the operation of all aircraft systems, is still in the tail section of the aircraft at the crash site. “It has not been withdrawn yet,” a source in the prosecutor’s office told Interfax.

Earlier it was reported that one flight recorder was found at the crash site of the An-12, which was badly burned in a fire. It will be handed over to the specialists of the Interstate Aviation Committee.

Let us remind you that An-12, which took off from Yakutsk, disappeared from the radar during landing at the airport of Irkutsk. The burning wreckage of the plane was found 7 kilometers from the runway, near the village of Pivovarikha.

There were nine people on board, all of whom died.
