Abu Dhabi: 98% of eligible people in the UAE who have won the fight against Kovid have completed the vaccination. The number of patients per day was limited to about 400. The UAE also has the lowest mortality rate due to Kovid.

Abu Dhabi: UAE authorities have put in place a robust system to quickly detect all infectious diseases and viruses, including monkeypox. The Ministry of Health has specified isolation and quarantine procedures for infected persons and those in contact with them.

In positive cases, the patient should remain in the hospital in isolation until the disease is cured. Those who have been in close contact with them should stay at home quarantine for at least 21 days. The ministry added that those in close contact would ensure that the home insulation was adhered to and that their health was monitored.
