Abu Dhabi: Free parking has been announced in Abu Dhabi in conjunction with the UAE National Day. Abu Dhabi residents will get free parking from Thursday, December 1. The Department of Municipalities and Transport’s Integrated Transport Center (ITC) has announced that parking fees will be restored from Monday, December 5.
Vehicles can pass through the toll gates for free. Free parking from Thursday to Monday 7.59 am. Parking fee will be restored from 8 am on December 5. ITC informed that vehicles should not be parked in prohibited places and traffic should not be obstructed. Parking is free on Sundays in Abu Dhabi since the new weekend was implemented in the country.

Free parking has been announced for four consecutive days in Dubai. RTA informed that no fee will be charged for parking on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. As usual, free parking will be allowed on Sundays. This is not applicable for multi-level parking terminals. New schedule has been given for metro, tram and bus services till Saturday. Metro will operate from 5 am to 1 pm. Trams and buses will run from 6 am to 1 pm. Buses will continue this schedule on Sunday as well. But metro will operate from 8 am to 12 pm and tram from 9 am to 1 pm.
