Putin is reportedly planning to flee to a South American country if Ukraine loses the war.
Secret ‘Escape’ Project
Russian President Putin’s allies are planning to flee to a South American country if he loses the war in Ukraine, according to a former official who can write Putin’s speeches.
Abbas Gallyamov, who currently lives in Israel, said that the secret project was named ‘Noah’s Ark’. I don’t usually report things like this. However, Abbas said that this information came from a reliable person and said that initially Putin had a plan to escape to China, but that plan was abandoned because China does not like losers.

Plan to escape to which country?
Losing the war in Ukraine, Putin plans to seek refuge in Argentina or Venezuela.
Abbas says he doesn’t know more about Argentina, but says that one of the Russian billionaires, Igor Sechin, has good relations with the Venezuelan president, so he is overseeing Putin’s asylum program in the country.
