Since the morning in the highly competitive Ukrainian port city Mariupol (440,000 inhabitants) ceasefire after last night’s bomb horror. It is partially broken. But residents should be given five hours to leave the city.
What sounds generous is one of Vladimir Putin’s perfidious tactics, which is frighteningly reminiscent of the war in Syria.
