The results of the Ukrainian bombing which hit a bakery in the occupied city of Lysychansk, in the east of the country, left at least eight dead and 10 injured, Russian occupation authorities announced. According to pro-Russian authorities, Ukrainian forces hit a building in which a busy bakery was located and the toll is expected to rise.
Russia’s Emergency Situations Ministry earlier said rescue operations were continuing. Leonid Pasechnik, the Russian-installed governor of Lugansk, accused Kiev forces of targeting the bakery, which he said is known for having fresh bread on weekends.
