Roman Busargin, the governor of Saratov Province in central Russia, reported that several drones were destroyed over the cities of Saratov and Ingles at dawn on Monday, and due to the fall of debris there were civilian casualties.

Busargin wrote on Telegram: “This morning, the air defenses destroyed drones, and debris was recorded falling on residential buildings in Saratov and Engels.”
In a later post, he explained that the march attack caused “partial damage” to one of the residential complexes in Saratov.
He indicated that a woman was taken to hospital in a serious condition, where doctors were fighting for her life, and that other injured people were given first aid at the scene.
The local Ministry of Health reported that four people were injured as a result of the march attack on Saratov, confirming that a woman was taken to the hospital.
As for the city of Ingeles, as a result of the fall of a march, one of the multi-storey buildings there was damaged, but no casualty was reported, according to the governor.
It is worth mentioning that a drone was shot down over the city of Ingles on July 27, without causing any injuries or damage as a result of falling debris.
