Dokdo’s Spirit Celebrated
The 3rd Love Dokdo Festival brought together celebrities and sports stars to celebrate Dokdo, fostering dreams for the youth.
- The event aimed to promote Dokdo as Korean territory.

- Classes included acting, K-POP dance, basketball, and vocal training.
The 3rd Love Dokdo Festival, featuring entertainers and sports stars, took place in Ulleungdo on June 16, 2025, with the goal of affirming Dokdo’s status as Korean territory and inspiring hope in young people. The event was hosted by the Dokdo Love Movement Headquarters and supported by Gyeongbuk Province, Ulleung-gun, and various companies.
The festival was held at the Ulleung Hanmaeum Hall, offering a diverse range of programs and performances. The aim of the event was to provide Ulleungdo youth with an academy experience and to allow both the residents and tourists of Ulleungdo to experience traditional Korean music, dance performances, and magic shows.

A K-POP dance class led by Eun Yuri, a member of a girl group from Ulleungdo, along with an acting class led by actor Yoon Seo-hyun, were particularly popular with the attendees. Basketball star Park Young-seok also conducted a basketball class, and the poppera girl group Ariel led a vocal training class.

Other programs offered included an ‘Influencer Class’ led by Baek Bong-gi, where participants learned video editing and SNS management, and a ‘Magic & Balloon Class.’ These programs were held to allow the students dreams and hopes.
The Love Dokdo Festival invites celebrity ambassadors to the Dokdo Love Movement Headquarters to give some rest to the residents of Modo Modo Ulleungdo.

Ulleung-gun, South Korea, expressed gratitude to the Dokdo Love Movement Headquarters and all those who helped organize the event.
