UN want to pay Taliban six million dollars for the safety of their employees – Afghanistan

Kabul – The United Nations plans to provide around six million dollars to protect employees and UN facilities in Afghanistan. The funds would be paid in 2022 to subsidize the monthly wages of Taliban fighters guarding UN facilities and to provide a monthly food grant under an agreement with the former US-backed Afghan government, Reuters said in an internal UN Report.
