jpnn.comJAKARTA – PT Uni-Charm Indonesia Tbk held a talk show to commemorate International Women’s Day in early March.
The activity with the theme “Love Your Possibilities: to increase the role of Indonesian women” which was held at Binus University, Anggrek campus, Palmerah, West Jakarta, was attended by 100 participants.
Through this activity, PT Uni-Charm Indonesia Tbk is determined to actively support Indonesian women to love and actualize their potential in order to accelerate growth and increase their roles.
This talkshow was also attended by representatives of young female managers from PT Uni-Charm Indonesia Tbk, namely Hapsari Bayuwardhani Corporate Planning Manager and secretary to the President Director, Devi Fauziah Marketing Manager, and women empowerment activist, author of one of the books entitled “Becoming High Value Woman, at the same time influencer Meisya Sallwa as speaker.
They provide motivation so that as women they love their own potential, and try to explore their potential to be further developed, especially in the nation’s next generation of young people.
In the talk show session, Devi Fauziah said that to find our potential, we must know ourselves better.
“What do I want to do? What are my dreams for the future? What are my strengths? By asking ourselves this, we will discover our true selves that we may not have previously known. From there will emerge confidence in our potential have,” said Meisya Sallwa.
“Women at a young age often lack confidence in their abilities and potential, usually due to the influence of their surrounding environment,” he added.
