The board of directors of Unilever Consumer Limited, a listed company in the food and accessories sector of the capital market, has declared a 300 percent dividend for shareholders. All of these are cash dividends. As a result, the shareholders will get a cash dividend of 30 taka against each share worth 10 taka.
The board of directors of the company has declared this dividend to the shareholders after reviewing the financial report for the year ended December 31, 2023 (January-December).

Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Unilever Consumer Limited will be held on digital platform on May 14 at 11 am for approval of declared dividend shareholders. For this, the record date has been fixed on April 2.
The company’s earnings per share (EPS) for the financial year ended December 31, 2023 stood at Tk 49.89. The profit per share of the company was Rs.37.90 in the corresponding period of the previous financial year. The company’s net asset value per share (NAVPS) stood at Rs 122.21 during the reporting period.
In the previous financial year, the board of directors of Unilever Consumer Limited had declared 300 percent dividend in cash to the shareholders.
