New Delhi: Indian Embassy in Kiev has issued a warning to Indians in Ukraine. The embassy informed that non-essential travel to and within Ukraine should be avoided.
Ukraine government security standards must be followed. It has also been instructed to inform the embassy about the current whereabouts of the Indians in Ukraine. India has expressed concern over the escalation of conflict in Ukraine. India demanded an end to attacks on infrastructure and civilians.
The Ministry of External Affairs stated that India’s position is to resolve the conflict through negotiations and diplomacy and India offers all support for this. The Indian Embassy came out with a warning after Russia intensified its attack on Ukraine. Russia continues to launch missile attacks on Ukraine’s capital, Kiev, and other cities.
