In the Air University from Air Force Base de Maxwell, Alabama, the general director of the Federal Civil Aviation Agency (AFAC), general Miguel Enrique Vallin Osunaentered the Honor Roll of the Chief of Staff and of Chief of Staff Sergeants of the United States Air Force (USAF, for its acronym in English).
General Vallin Osuna thus became the first Mexican to receive this recognition, when he was deployed in the Hall of Honor at the Air University of the USAF, recognizing his career as a military aviator, police pilot and, currently, in the Civil Aviation as the director of the AFAC.
In his career, his performance as head of the Federal Civil Aviation Agency in Mexico stands out, work that allowed Mexico achieve return to Category 1 in aviation safety, before the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
