San Salvador. The president of the Supreme Court of Justice, Henry Mejía, this Friday, September 27, received in his office the ambassador of the United States to El Salvador, William Duncan.

Sources from the country’s highest court of law and justice said that the meeting reaffirmed the ties of cooperation between the two countries and explore new areas of cooperation in matters of justice.

During the meeting, senior officials discussed matters of common interest, such as strengthening the Salvadoran judicial system, the fight against gender violence and the protection of vulnerable groups.
