/ The US Treasury Department confirmed on Friday that it had imposed sanctions on four companies based in Iran and Hong Kong for providing materials and technological tools to Iran’s ballistic missile and drone programs.

The department added that it also imposed sanctions on a Hong Kong-based company for selling Iranian commodities, in addition to imposing sanctions on six officials in the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps’ Cyber ​​Command for malicious cyber activities targeting critical infrastructure in the United States and elsewhere.

Under these sanctions, the authorities will block access to all property of the sanctioned entities and individuals that are in the United States or under U.S. control.

Americans and American companies are generally prohibited from doing business with property of sanctioned individuals.
