Trump Imposes New sanctions on Russia, Shelves Putin Meeting Amidst Stalled peace Talks

The move, announced on Wednesday, represents a significant shift in the administration’s foreign policy approach and came just one day after President Trump indicated a planned meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Budapest was indefinitely postponed.
