What does this role entail? As the Valorization and Partnership Manager, you will be instrumental in identifying promising research projects, securing intellectual property rights, and forging collaborations with universities, public research institutions, and industry partners. This position requires a proactive approach to contract negotiation and legal compliance within the research and development sphere.

Core Responsibilities

The primary duties include analyzing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of research-related contracts, such as consortium agreements, academic collaborations, confidentiality agreements, and licensing agreements. providing expert legal and strategic advice to internal teams is also a key component of the role. Moreover, the manager will monitor legal and regulatory changes, especially concerning clinical research and intellectual property, and contribute to the management of the hospital’s patent portfolio.

The position also involves organizing events to promote innovation, communicating research advancements, and educating staff about intellectual property rights. A commitment to quality assurance principles is essential.

Candidate Profile
