That was too easy, we have to work on that,” said head coach Heiko Gerber after the match. “its by no means easy against the third-from-bottom team in the league and that showed today. FC Bayern II had quality and a good fight against it today. Though,we missed the opportunity to tie the bag and at times we weren’t compelling,not grippy enough. But we’ll take a point with us, that’s positive.”
Laureta Themes echoed a similar sentiment, stating, “It’s a shame to only take one point today after the home win in the top game against Sand. but the bottom line is that it’s okay. We shouldn’t have conceded so quickly after our respective opening goals – then the game might have turned out differently. though, Bayern II also did really well over long stretches.”
