Replit and Google Cloud Deepen Partnership to Bring AI-Powered ‘Vibe Coding’ to Enterprises

A new multi-year agreement will expand access to cutting-edge AI coding tools for larger business teams, accelerating a trend that has largely been confined to individual developers.

The rise of vibe coding – using AI to build applications and websites conversationally – has captivated the tech world this year. Now, Replit and Google Cloud are joining forces to make this technology accessible to enterprise developers and teams. The expanded partnership builds on an existing relationship, with Google Cloud already serving as Replit’s primary cloud provider and the infrastructure powering its AI coding platform.

Expanding the Reach of AI-Assisted Development

Google Cloud was Replit’s initial cloud partner, and the platform continues to leverage Google Cloud services and Gemini models through Vertex AI. This latest agreement signifies a substantial commitment from both companies, promising increased infrastructure usage, deeper model integration, and collaborative support for enterprise-level applications of vibe coding. Replit recently integrated Gemini 3 into its new Design mode, receiving a positive response from users.

Under the terms of the deal, Google Cloud will remain Replit’s primary cloud provider, with services like Google Cloud Run, Google Kubernetes Engine, and BigQuery providing the foundation for its applications and future growth.

Powering Replit with Google’s AI Portfolio

The partnership also expands access to Google’s suite of AI models. Replit now supports Gemini 3, alongside models like 2.5 Flash Lite, 2.5 Flash, and Imagen 4, enabling both coding and multimodal use cases. This integration is expected to drive significant usage of Google Cloud’s AI services.

“Our growing partnership will deliver more capabilities to Replit’s users through deeper integrations with our AI and cloud services,” said a Google Cloud executive. “It will accelerate the adoption of vibe coding in the enterprise by bringing Replit’s easy-to-use AI tools, powered by Google Cloud AI, to more organizations.”

Scaling for the Future of Software Creation

Replit’s CEO emphasized the company’s broader mission. “Our mission is to enable the next billion software creators – from hobbyists to entrepreneurs to enterprises,” stated the Replit CEO. “Over the last few months, we have seen fantastic adoption in businesses, especially in the Fortune 1000. Today’s expanded partnership with Google will enable us to scale faster and more deeply as we integrate Google’s offerings with ours – the work is just beginning.”

The companies will collaborate on joint go-to-market strategies through the Google Cloud Marketplace and Google Cloud’s co-sell programs, aiming to help enterprise customers embrace vibe coding and boost developer productivity.
