Joint resolution of the Vice-Rector for Internationalization and the Manager of the University of Granadawhich calls for international mobility places for personnel for training purposes for the 2023/2024 academic year.

Directed to: Technical, Management and Administration and Services Staff and Teaching and Research Staff of the University of Granada.

Application submission deadline: from October 31, 2023 to April 24, 2024.

Mobility execution period: until September 30, 2024.

Provisional resolution: November 28, 2023. Period for rectification and allegations: until December 12, 2023. Final resolution: December 15, 2023. Provisional resolution: March 5, 2024. Period for correction and allegations: until 19 March 2024. Final resolution: March 22, 2024. Provisional resolution: May 8, 2024. Period for rectification and allegations: until May 22, 2024. Final resolution: May 24, 2024.

Object: The activities object of this call allow the improvement of the training of the Technical, Management and Administration and Services Personnel and the Teaching and Research Personnel of the University of Granada in the development of their functions, in the form of training actions abroad (except conferences) and learning by observation, periods of observation or training. Aid is also contemplated to participate in the different International Training Weeks organized by European institutions: staff– week-search.

Against this resolution, which exhausts the administrative route by virtue of articles 84.1 of the Statutes of the University, whose publication was ordered by Decree 231/2011 of July 12 (BOJA no. 147, of July 28, 2011) and of the article 38.4 of Organic Law 2/2023, of March 22, of the University System, an appeal for reconsideration may be filed before the body that issued it, within a period of one month, starting from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the BOUGRin accordance with articles 123 and 124 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, or directly file a contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Court of Granadawithin a period of two months from the day following the date of publication, as provided in articles 8.3 and 46.1 of Law 29/98, of July 13, regulating the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction (BOE of July 14 ).
