Furthermore, the position entails serving as the initial point of contact for clients via telephone, and handling both front and back office operations for the WEISSER RING’s Vienna office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
WEISSER RING is looking for individuals with demonstrable experience in office administration and direct client communication via telephone. While a completed commercial training program is considered an advantage, it is not strictly required.
Essential qualifications include:
- Very good knowledge of standard office programs and a general aptitude for IT.
- The ability to work independently, demonstrating both resilience and flexibility.
- Strong social skills and a proven capacity for effective teamwork.

Additional assets include professional experience within the NGO or social sector, particularly experience working directly with victims of violence. Basic psychosocial knowledge and proficiency in foreign languages are also viewed favorably.
