Vienna. (OTS) – By order of the Vienna Commercial Court dated December 28, 2023, restructuring proceedings were opened with self-administration of the assets of SIGNA Prime Selection AG and Abel Rechtsanwälte GmbH was appointed as restructuring administrator.
Trust Reorganization Plan
On 18 March 2024, the creditors approved a trust restructuring plan of SIGNA Prime Selection AG with a clear majority and a majority of capital.
Now that all the requirements to confirm the restructuring plan have been met, the Vienna Commercial Court confirmed the restructuring plan of SIGNA Prime Selection AG in a decision dated today. This means that the last formally important step in implementing the restructuring plan has been completed.
ABEL Rechtsanwälte said: “The trust restructuring plan ratified by the court is the basis for ensuring that the assets of SIGNA Prime Selection AG are disposed of in an orderly manner within the next 2 to 5 years. In our role as future trustees, we are confident that we will achieve the best outcome for the creditors through the trust.”
