CHENNAI ∙ Actor Vijay’s ‘Tamilaka Vetric Kazhakam’ has claimed that 30 lakh people have joined the party within 24 hours of the start of membership distribution.

Vijay announced the new party last month. The campaign to join the party through a special mobile app was launched last Friday. Vijay joined as the first member.
