Vishal’s next film is all set to release soon. Vishal also produced the film ‘Veerame Vagai Soodum’ directed by debutant director DP Saravanan.
The film crew recently met with reporters. Speaking at the time, Vishal said that he wanted to work with Saravanan after watching the short film ‘Whatever is needed is Dharma’.
“I was fascinated by the short film. I contacted him and complimented him because he also liked its visual structure.
“This film is the result of being asked to tell me if there are any good stories. I like the screenplay set by Saravanan more than the story.
“He has the mania and speed that the new director has. I have given a good movie to the fans using it.
“I have no doubt that a great future awaits Saravanan,” Vishal said.
If he decides to act in a new director’s film, it is his custom to say that Yuvan Shankar Raja is the composer. Yuvan also composed the music for the film ‘Veerame Vagai Soodum’.
Vishal said that he has the rights and friendship with Yuvan to the extent of declaring that he is composing the music for his film without Yuvan’s permission, adding that all the songs composed by Yuvan are captivating to the fans.
“No one has seen the heroine Dimple in person. Photographs taken while he was attending a ceremony were available. We signed the film after seeing them. We hope that Tamil cinema will give him a proper welcome.
“Usually only a few films centered on the protagonist are successful. But all films that emphasize female characters will succeed. I hope this film will be a success in that sense too, ”said Vishal.
Speaking earlier, Director Saravanan said that he would not have got this opportunity without the support of captain Vishal.
Noting that he was thankful for this, he says that he narrated the story to Vishal with his hand and narrated it to Yuvan Shankar.
“I started by describing the story to Yuvan Chari as about 30 minutes long.
“But it took an hour and a half. Vishal Sartan said that he liked the story.
“His advice to keep Yuvan’s faith remains in my mind until this very minute.
“I hope his expectations have been met,” said Director DP Saravanan.
