This initiative, launched by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), aims to improve the quality of life for individuals living with dementia and their caregivers.

The GUIDE model represents a significant step forward in dementia care, focusing on personalized, in-home support. According to a company release, Visiting Angels’ participation will allow eligible Medicare beneficiaries to access a comprehensive suite of services at no cost to themselves or their families.
