Minister of Fisheries and Livestock visited the venue of the opening ceremony of ‘Livestock Service Week and Exhibition 2024’. Abdur Rahman.
While visiting the venue on Tuesday (April 16) afternoon, he directed the concerned to closely monitor the security related matters. At that time, Secretary Mohang Salim Uddin of Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock, Additional Secretary ATM Mustafa Kamal, Director General of Directorate of Livestock Dr. Mohammad Rayazul Haque and related people were present.
The opening ceremony of the ‘Livestock Service Week and Exhibition 2024’ will be held on Thursday, April 18, at 10 am at the old trade fair ground adjacent to the Bangabandhu International Conference Center in the capital. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will be present as the chief guest.
Mourning the death of 13 people in road accident in Faridpur
Bangladesh Awami League presidium member and Minister of Fisheries and Livestock Md expressed deep grief and condolence over the death of 13 people in the collision between a bus and a pickup van in Kanaipur, Faridpur. Abdur Rahman.
The minister prayed for the souls of the deceased and expressed his deepest condolences to the bereaved families. He inquired about the treatment of the injured and directed the concerned to take measures to ensure that they receive maximum treatment.
The minister said, ‘Measures will be taken subject to investigation regarding this accident.’ He assured the utmost cooperation in tracing the affected families.
