Putin could be charged with war crimes, gathering all the details of what happened in Pucha.
What happened in Pucha is outrageous. This is a war crime. Russian President Vladimir Putin should be held accountable for this, “said Joe Biden, chief of The Christian Science Monitor’s Washington bureau.
