Grupo AJE Centroamérica announced this Friday the alliance between its energy drink VOLT and the Spanish sports club Real Madrid, which officially took place on February 2 in the Spanish capital, Madrid.
According to the information, this agreement means that VOLT becomes the official brand of Real Madrid, thus consolidating the brand’s leadership in 15 countries, including six Central American countries.
In its search to establish connections that identify its brands, that are sustainable and consistent with its values, since 2010, AJE began to associate its drinks with sports, especially soccer. However, company executives consider that the agreement with Real Madrid is a historical milestone that consolidates its leadership in the countries in which it has a presence, as it means that its energy drink becomes the official brand of the Spanish club during the next two years.
From the signing of the agreement, VOLT will appear in all the LEDs of the matches that take place at the Santiago Bernabéu and the brand’s consumers will be able to have the opportunity to:
- Meet the players of the Spanish team
- VIP tickets to all matches
- Tickets for Stadium Tours
- Official signed t-shirts
- Likewise, VOLT will be on the Real Madrid website and social networks
