Walton, the country’s superbrand, launched the ‘Dreamers Canvas’ project with the aim of making refrigerators in the colors and designs of the customers’ choice. Walton is the first in Bangladesh to provide customers with this facility of customized refrigerators. From now on, dreamy customers can order Walton fridges at home with the color and design of their choice. Walton will make the refrigerator of the customer’s desired design and deliver it to their home within a short period of time.
These things were announced at the opening ceremony of the ‘Dreamers Canvas’ project at the Walton Corporate Office in the capital on Sunday (February 18, 2024) afternoon. The logo and website (canvas.waltonbd.com) of the ‘Dreamers Canvas’ project was inaugurated on the occasion by SM Rezaul Alam, Director of Walton Hi-Tech Industries Plc and Chairman of Walton Digi-Tech Industries Limited.
Among others, Walton Plaza Managing Director Mohammad Raihan, Walton Hi-Tech Additional Managing Director SM Shoaib Hossain Noble and Nazrul Islam Sarkar, Chief Financial Officer Ziaul Alam, Walton Freeze Chief Business Officer (CBO) Tofail Ahmed, Deputy Chief Business Officer (DCBO) Anisur Rahman Mallick, Head of Walton Research and Innovation (R&I) Center Tapas Kumar Majumdar, Head of Fridge R&I Department Ajmal Ferdous, Product Manager Shahidul Islam Reza, Brand Manager Mostafizur Rahman etc. Besides, Walton Plaza managers and distributors from different parts of the country joined the launch of the ‘Dreamers Canvas’ project on a virtual platform.
On the occasion Walton Hi-Tech Director SM Rezaul Alam said that through the Dreamers Canvas Project, Walton has always brought something new to the customers of Bangladesh. Through this project, Walton will re-introduce refrigerators to consumers on a digital platform. Walton’s ‘Dreamers Canvas’ project is an exceptional initiative in the refrigerator market of the country. It will be popular in the refrigerator market of the country.
Tofail Ahmed, CBO of Walton Fridge, said, there are many dreamy customers, who think, if the design of the fridge was to their liking! This initiative of the ‘Dreamers Canvas’ project is aimed at fulfilling the dreams of those dreamy customers. Walton was the first in Bangladesh to bring customized refrigerators to its customers.
He said, through the Walton Fridge Dreamers Canvas project, customers can create a Walton fridge with the color and design of their choice in harmony with other furniture in their home. Even, on weddings, birthdays or any occasion, customers can gift fridges designed as per their heart.
Walton Fridge DCBO Anisur Rahman Mallick said that in Bangladesh Walton is handing over maximum number of designs and models of fridges to customers. This time, the dreamers canvas project was started to hand over the fridge to the customers according to their wishes. By visiting the website of Dreamers Canvas, through a simple process, some predefined designs/patterns or customers can create their own designs and upload them there. Walton will make the refrigerator according to the design ordered by the customer and deliver it to the home.
Ajmal Ferdous, Head of Walton Refrigerator R&I Department, said that Walton is manufacturing all types of refrigerator compressors and accessories in its own factory. Walton has a state-of-the-art printed glass door fridge production plant. Therefore, Walton has the ability to manufacture refrigerators in the colors and designs of customers’ choice. The durability of tempered glass doors used in Walton refrigerators is also very high. So with ‘Dreamer’s Canvas’ project, customers can keep the memories of their custom designed fridges for years to come.
