An entrepreneurial director of Walton Hi-Tech Industries Limited, a company listed in the engineering sector in the capital market, has completed the sale of shares as previously announced. He had announced to sell 10 thousand shares.
On Sunday (May 5), Dhaka and Chittagong Stock Exchange (DSE-CSE) said this information.
According to information, SM Ashraful Alam, Entrepreneurial Director of Walton Hi-Tech Industries. He has 6 crore 56 lakh 88 thousand 88 shares. Out of this, he sold 10,000 shares as previously announced.
He has sold the said amount of shares in the public and block market of Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) within 30 days of the announcement of sale of shares. Earlier, on March 24 this year, he announced to sell shares.
Incidentally, Walton Hi-Tech Industries was listed on the capital market in 2020. The paid up capital of this ‘A’ category company is 302 crores 92 lakhs 80 thousand taka. Accordingly, the total number of shares of the company is 30 crore 29 lakh 28 thousand 343. Out of this, 98.90 percent shares are held by the company’s entrepreneurial directors, 0.44 percent by institutional investors, 0.10 percent by foreign investors and 0.56 percent by general investors.
