Warhammer Survivors arrives on November 10, 2026, bringing its unique squad-based bullet-heaven mechanics to PC, consoles, and mobile devices. Developed by Auroch Digital in partnership with poncle, the new roguelite is available in a demo featuring two new champions ahead of its day-one launch on Xbox Game Pass.
Warhammer Survivors Launches November 10 on Multiple Platforms
Auroch Digital has confirmed that Warhammer Survivors will launch on November 10 across a wide array of hardware. The title brings its Warhammer-flavored take on the genre to PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, iOS, and Android simultaneously. Developed and published by Auroch Digital in partnership with poncle, the game takes the relentless structure popularized by Vampire Survivors and drops it into the worlds of Warhammer 40,000 and Warhammer: Age of Sigmar.
Players on PC can grab the game through Steam and GOG, priced at $7.99 / £6.39 / €7.49 with a 10% launch and preorder discount available on select platforms. Subscribers to Xbox Game Pass will also be able to play the game at no extra charge on day one.
Pre-order schedules vary by hardware. PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2 pre-orders opened on October 6 in selected territories, while Xbox Series X|S pre-orders begin on October 27. Mobile pre-registration availability will depend on the specific platform.
New Demo Releases with 40 Playable Characters
Players who want to jump into the action before the November release can download a new demo available now on Steam and Xbox PC. It also incorporates adjustments and improvements gathered from community feedback on earlier testing builds. Lead designer John O’Donnell has discussed the project, which aims to provide an adoring tribute to both source franchises.
When the full version arrives, it will feature more than 40 playable characters drawn from both the Warhammer 40,000 and Warhammer Age of Sigmar universes. The roster includes familiar faces such as Malum Caedo, the protagonist of Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun. Stages span the 41st Millennium and Mortal Realms, featuring more than 15 stages total.

Tabletop-Inspired Weapons and Faction Mechanics
The game features more than 75 weapons, blending traditional Warhammer armaments like Neave Blacktalon’s Tempest Axes and the Chainsword with creative nods to tabletop hobby culture. Players can hurl weaponised Nuln oil to slow and damage enemies while making them more flammable, or roll explosive D6 dice across the battlefield.
Enemy factions bring distinct tactical challenges to each run. Stages feature a strong theme, with the first Warhammer 40,000 map set on a battlefield being swallowed up by tyranids.
