Can you tell us a little about your role and corporate responsibility at Energian?
“We opened the department about seven years ago, before corporate responsibility and sustainability were fashionable words. “Most of the workers we employ come from local communities, about 80% of the workers. “We do a lot of activities with people with disabilities. So far we have collaborated with the local community in Kavala, Greece and tried to integrate the people with disabilities into society. “It depends on the company. I understand there have been cases of greenwashing, but there is no need to demonize everything. But we are proving with our actions and with the external rating and audit that we meet all the standards with honors.”
