Despite the fact that the monitoring of the unemployment of judicial lawyers does not exceed 30% according to the data that the Ministry of Justice offers every day, from the strike committee they assure that is being seconded by more than 70% of his peers. “The follow-up is overwhelming and we can proudly say that we remain firm in our fight,” say the representatives of the Justice Administration (LAJ) lawyers, who continue their protest action started on January 24which means a total of 33 days of strike, if the working days elapsed since then are taken into account.
The lawyers accuse the ministry of “delay the conflict” by avoiding negotiations with the strike committee, which allows the problem to continue to grow. “Every day there are more compañeros and compañeras who join the strike, and every day we are more outraged,” say the lawyers. According to their data, this Wednesday the monitoring of the strike was 73%, while from the ministry it reduced to 20.73% in all the courts and tribunals throughout Spain.
The strike committee accuses the ministerial team of “negligence”, which increases “the damage to the public service”. They ensure that the high institutions of the State and the different legal operators They are demanding that the Minister of Justice, Pilar Llop, “to solve the problem now and maintain a loyal dialogue with the committee». The strikers recall that the ministry has been urged to negotiate by the Congress of Deputies, by the Justice Councilors of the autonomous communities, with whom it committed, and by the bar associations. «But today [este miércoles] they haven’t summoned us to meet either», lament the lawyers.

The LAJ criticize the “passive attitude” of the ministry in the face of the mobilization of lawyers, who say “Enough of contempt and humiliation, hoaxes and breaches». Demonstration in Madrid
