Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Rybkov commented:

This is a very dangerous act. Western nations need to understand that such vehicles are the target of a legal attack by the Russian military.
Vehicles carrying foreign weapons to Ukraine are also under attack by the Russian military. The United States has not taken Russia’s warning seriously.
He added that no talks had been held between the two countries on the Ukraine issue.
