Barcelona winger Lamin Yamal said that the blue garnets are going to fight for victory in the Spanish Championship this season until the very end, Day.Az reports with reference to the Championship.
“We will be there. If they fail to win (the title – note), let them know that we are there to deprive them of all possible points. We will give Real a fight. In all the tournaments in which we take part, you can dream about victory. And if there is a chance to win it, then you can win,” the Spanish online publication Marca quotes Yamal as saying.
Yamal is a product of the Catalans and joined the Barcelona main team in the summer of 2023. This season, the 16-year-old footballer played 37 matches for the blue garnets in all tournaments, in which he scored six goals and seven assists. The player’s market value, according to the Internet portal Transfermarkt, is € 60 million. Barcelona, after 29 rounds of La Liga, is in second place in the standings, eight points behind the leader Real Madrid.
