The chairman of the investigative committee, Argishti Kyaramyan, did not answer the question whether Samvel Babayan, the former secretary of the Artsakh Security Council, was invited for questioning.
“I will not answer that question because there are proceedings in which the preliminary investigation is not subject to publication,” he said in a conversation with journalists.
Kyaramyan also did not answer the question whether Artsakh President Samvel Shahramanyan was invited to the CC.
Kyaramyan assured that there is no selective justice in Armenia.
“If there was ever selective justice in Armenia, it is a long time ago,” said the Chairman of the Central Committee.
