We’ll be the first to admit it: with all our effort to chase all the new places, trendy restaurants and fresh hamburgers, sometimes we too tend to forget the classics. They were here for us in difficult times, long before the Tel Aviv cuisine exploded into a wide variety of garlic domes and tosafs, and a considerable part of them did not lose their initial charm, even if in retrospect it seems like a somewhat innocent charm.
