I received a notice from the court stating that another court hearing in the Malyan case was scheduled for February 13 at 2:00 p.m., lawyer Ruben Melikyan wrote on Facebook.
“What’s going on?” It turns out that the person arrested on charges of a non-serious crime will remain without a court hearing for about 50 days.
Why is it so? That’s because:
1) The two experts who wrote a conclusion against Malyan, “vidite ли”, were busy with other cases and could not appear at the court session. Here is a question. What case were the experts “burdened” with, which was more important than the duty to appear in court? What kind of attitude is this? What kind of behavior is this?
2) The prosecutor was busy with other sessions and did not agree that the next session should be scheduled for the second half of January. The next question. why isn’t a new prosecutor involved, why isn’t respect shown for the right to investigate the case within a reasonable period of time?
For the sake of justice, I must say that the court tried to schedule the session earlier, but it did not succeed.
