The company previously sold over 2 million units of its Hyundai Santro, first from 1998 to 2015 and then from 2018 to 2022. The Hyundai i20, which was launched in the country in 2008, has a total sales figure of around 1.4 million units to achieve. Its ex-showroom prices range from Rs 5.92 lakh to Rs 8.56 lakh. The Grand i10 Nios is powered by a 1.2-litre Kappa petrol engine that produces 83PS of peak power and 114Nm of peak torque. This engine is mated to a 5-speed MT. The model also gets a CNG option with a 5-speed MT that churns out 69PS of power and 95Nm of peak torque.
