It said, “I don’t understand why Suryakumar was dropped from ODIs despite winning the man of the match award in the previous match. They have to keep the same team for a certain period of time. I can understand that you can change a different person. But the next day your man of the match (Suryakumar Yadav) is dropped and someone else comes in, we as cricketers will not understand it.
I think we should leave it to the cricket board to decide what the selectors plan. A lot of cricketers are coming. So everyone should get a chance to play. What I see from the outside is that they should have three teams. One team each for T20, ODI and Test matches. Then, a big team will be formed,” he said.

India will face New Zealand in the second ODI today. It is to be noted that the competition is scheduled to start today at 1.30 pm in Raipur city of Chhattisgarh.
